Embrace The Warrior Within

Swakop Uranium hosted its first ever Woman’s Day Celebration at the Mine for its 200 female employees. The event was well attended by majority of the ladies whom work for the Mine. We wanted to appreciate and inspire our female staff. The program included three speakers who shared their inspirational stories with the rest of the ladies. We also received encouragement from the CEO: Mr. Cai Yusheng, the COO: Mr. Angula Kalili as well as the VP of HR: Mr. Patrick Chizabulyo. Every woman received 3 Gifts which had its own symbolic meaning. The ladies were then served with snacks and drinks.
