BURSARY SCHEME—Laying the Foundation for Successful Careers


Annually we offer financial assistance in a form of a bursary to previously Disadvantaged Namibian students to obtain a formal under – graduate degree from a reputable tertiary institution within Namibia or South Africa. Our scheme aims to attract dedicated, determined, highly driven and diligent individuals. 


For 2019 we offered bursaries in the following fields of study:

·         BSc Extraction Metallurgy

·         BSc Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry

·         BTech Surveying

·         BTech Electrical Power Engineering

·         BEng Mechanical Engineering



We pride ourselves in developing our young Namibians and below are our bursary scheme beneficiaries for 2019.






Josephine Fillemon, hails from Eehana, 1st year studying BSc Electrical Engineering at University of Namibia.

Petrus Ndevaetela hails from Ongwediva, 1st year BSc Metallurgy Engineering at University  of Namibia.

Johanna Iitana, hails from Oshikati, 2nd year BSc Mechanical Engineering at University of Namibia northern campus.




Conrad Haikera, hails from Rundu and 1st Year studying BTech Mechanical Engineering at Nelson Mandela University in South Africa.

Selena Domingos, hails from Walvis Bay and studying 1st year inn BSc Chemistry at University of Stellenbosch, in South Africa 

Jerry-Joe Omole hails from Windhoek, 1st year BSc Chemistry at the Namibian University Science and Technology




Tessa Tshiningayamwe hails from Oshakati, final year studying BTech Surveying at Cape Peninsula University of Technology in South Africa.

Kaay Kwala hails from Windhoek and 2nd year studying BTech Electrical Power Engineering at Namibian University of Science and technology.

Leticia Shilengifa hails from Oshakati, final year studying BTech Electrical Power Engineering at at Namibian University of Science and technology.
