On 14th Dec, EXCO and HODs carried out a joint VFL for the COVID-19 measures, the VFL covered both mine area and Husab tower, during the VFL have many findings that gave “negative surprise” to the team, some employees not wearing masks or use masks incorrectly, also the social distance are not done well, that shows employees on the shop floor and line management are down playing the urgency and seriousness of the COVID-19 pandemic in their respective area. Our CEO Mr. Qiu advised that we do what we did before and improve on delivering the awareness up until the employees on the ground level; Encourage Team Leaders and Above to play their part in tightening the covid-19 control measures by raising the awareness frequently and only thereafter use disciplinary action. Mr. Qiu concluded by adding “we need action, rectify the wrong &do it consistently!”
